Let me tell you a little story

For those of you that don't know much about me, I have to say that there is going to be a lot of good little stories that I will share with you. This past week was a very intense one, since I came back for my masters studies for winter quarter, I had to one more time get out of my comfort zone. Despite of the common running marathon to get the right books, new notebook, new assigments, new groups, I'm excited for it. But my litte story happenned this past Sunday, after the airport goodbyes I had to fly almost 14 hours to get to my university, the problem was at first a thunderstorm in the middle of this "journey" that kept everyone's luggage trapped and by the time I was almost losing my connection flight, my bag finally decided to show up, but guess what??? All soacked. Anyway, I was happy to see it and ran off to get my connection. Little did I know that it was going to be the short distance long flight ever! What does that mean??? Well, there was a lot of turbulence happening, apparently was a bad weather, bad clouds, but eventually, we landed. The sad part was that my luggage didn't make it all the way to the final destination. After doing all policy for lost luggage and bla bla bla, I made it back to my apartment. My roomates are the best ones you could ever asked for, I got so excited to see all of them after the break. But let's go back to the story... While we where resting/unpacking, all our cellphones started to make this alarming sound so loud and we didn't know what was going on...well... there was a tornado coming! I've never had that happen in my life so you can imagine what I was going through. The first thing we needed to do was to shut the windows down, but all of the sudden when I'm trying to close my window, it falls in my head (I'm alright it was more light than it sounds) and for a moment I thought that I was going to die lol but there was no long term damage. The second thing to do was to go to the bathroom (apparently is the safest part of the house) and stayed there for 45min, just enough time for this storm/heavy rain/tornado pass by lol. Very intense right? Well winter break has just began and I'm sure that I'll have more little stories to write and also happy to share with you my design discovery/learning experiences. Keep coming back for more and have a wonderful weekend!!!

More coming for next week. Keep checking in :)
